Against all odds and in contradiction toĀ all the polls, last Sunday, Colombia–my home country–votedĀ NO in an historicĀ referendum that was supposed to legitimizeĀ the peace deal signed by the Santos Administration and the revolutionary army FARC inĀ a publicized ceremonyĀ seven days before.
